To THRIVE is a natural desire of being human; and yet we often dwell in simply surviving.

Here, the most important work in therapy is to feel effective, creative, and connected.

In a compassionate and safe setting, we will discover and identify obstacles, transform unnecessary emotional/cognitive patterns, and lean into change for effective and empowered growth for yourself and your relationships.

Having many years in this field, I have endless resources and connections to support this layered and validating journey.

About

Paige Clarke

With nearly 20 years of practice, I've enjoyed building powerful, therapeutic relationships with adolescents, adults, families, and groups in multiple settings.

Together, we access and process change through collaborative, creative, narrative, strength-based approaches.

Some common issues I work with are: anxiety, depression, life transitions, creative blocks, traumas, learning differences, and addiction.

I utilize several modalities including traditional talk therapy. These can include play therapy for children, expressive arts therapies for adolescents and adults, and mindfulness techniques.

I look forward to our work together.

Working together with the safe understanding that no one is "broken" becomes our supporting theme. I hold the belief that all of us are capable of creatively and peacefully thriving in our lives and relationships.

I specialize in treating individuals, couples, and families. Bringing a comprehensive and eclectic approach to the session; together we will create safety and movement into your process and concerns.

Exploring narratives, self-talk patterns, and mindfulness concepts, together our therapeutic relationship will evolve with meaningful discovery and insight toward your goals.

Extensive training in creative arts therapy, allows deeply authentic personal and systemic exploration.

My degree from The California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, and continued training from DTILA provide a sound theoretical frame in this model.

Expressive arts can be utilized in any session, with any person. You do not have to be an artist to gain and discover powerful personal growth with this modality!

Collaborative consultation creates healthy communities.

I've presented, workshoped, and implemented multiple models around self care, trauma resilience, psycho-education, and diversity inclusion for Educators and Professionals.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”

explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
